Aluminum Honeycomb Core
The aluminum honeycomb core is a material formed by coating multiple layers of alloy aluminum foil with glue, stacking, high-temperature hot pressing, cutting, and stretching, resulting in a hexagonal honeycomb structure. It originated from bionics and was initially applied in the aerospace and aviation fields. With the gradual maturity of aluminum honeycomb technology, its application fields have become increasingly widespread. The aluminum honeycomb core produced by our company is manufactured using high-quality aluminum foil (thickness ranging from 0.03 to 0.20 mm), high-strength adhesives, and advanced processes. The honeycomb core has regular holes and high bonding strength, with stable performance. The product complies with HB 5443-90 "Specification for Durable Aluminum Honeycomb Core Materials for Sandwich Structures".
